Jalapeno Poppers you can eat!

8 large jalapeno

1/2 C Non-fat Ricotta Cheese

1/2 Low Fat Cream Cheese

16 slices Turkey Bacon (read the ingredients!  Some have pork fat added for “flavor”)

Cut jalapeno in-half length wise; scoop out pith and seeds.  Mix NF Ricotta and LF Cream Cheese thoroughly.  Squeeze into jalapeno and then wrap one piece of Turkey Bacon round each popper.  Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes.  Enjoy!
